- Before publication
- Define the tasks to test: find the game guide, explain whether past losses change an independent spin, and locate support. Record how success and uncertainty will be counted.
- During a limited pilot
- Invite representative adult visitors and staff through an approved research process. Observe the tasks, collect the necessary consent, and record confusing wording or broken routes. This plan does not claim those sessions have happened.
- At the planned review
- Report the number of participants, task successes and failures, comprehension responses, and limitations. Compare versions only under a suitable study design; clicks alone do not establish understanding or reduced harm.
- When something changes
- Revise the affected asset, record the reason, repeat the relevant checks, and update the inventory and decision. Revisit support details, game rules, translations, and staff coverage when they change.
