What we collect

• Page views and scrolling, counted by Google Analytics 4, along with clicks on links to other sites and downloads. It shows us which pages get read, not who you are.
• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and anywhere we can't tell your country, analytics only starts after you choose Accept analytics. Elsewhere it's on unless you turn it off.
• We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't share anything for ads.

What we don't collect

• Your check-in and quiz answers never leave your device. They aren't saved or sent anywhere.
• You don't need to give your name or email to use the guides, check-ins or tools. If you sign up for Playbook updates on the operator pages, we keep that email address to send them.

Cookies and storage on your device

• pb_geo: a cookie with your country and region code (for example, US-NJ), kept for one hour so we can show the right helpline. It holds no address, city or IP address.
• _ga and _ga_…: Google Analytics cookies, set only while analytics is on.
• Local storage, which stays in your browser: your language, your region if you pick one, your progress in the game guides, your analytics choice, and any settings you save in the operator tools.
