Playbook Review

# Program review. Supported by AI.

Upload program evidence. Review maps it to your framework, assesses each criterion with AI, and shows your accreditation standing.

[See how it works](<https://www.playbookrg.com/review/#journey>)

1. ## Add your evidence

Upload documents or import web pages. AI maps the evidence to criteria in your chosen framework.
2. ## Run the assessment

Score the evidence against the rubric. Inspect the rationale, supporting sources, and gaps for each criterion.
3. ## Track and share

See priorities and accreditation standing. Update evidence, reassess, and choose when to publish your credential profile.

The Playbook RG framework

## One view of your program.

Criterion assessments roll up into practice areas, domains, and overall standing. Playbook RG covers these five domains; other supported frameworks use their own scoring rules.

1. ### Information

Can players understand the games, their activity, and the available help?
2. ### Tools

Can players find and use the tools for managing their gambling?
3. ### Support

Are support pathways in place, and is the response documented?
4. ### Operations

Are staff prepared, responsibilities covered, and working practices maintained?
5. ### Governance

Who owns the program, reviews its evidence, and decides what needs to change?

## Share your standing.

Publish a credential profile with your current standing and verification status. Evidence files and assessment rationales stay in the workspace.

Quality tiers, external review, and changes

### What the labels mean

- **Committed.** Implementation is still in progress.
- **Reviewed.** At the applicable standard.
- **Reviewed with Distinction.** Additional demonstrated strength.

“Reviewed” is a quality label; check the verification status separately. Other frameworks may use different labels.

### External verification

A reviewer can examine the evidence and record a separate decision with a rationale. AI assessment and independent verification are distinct. External review is arranged separately.

### Keep the assessment current

Add revised evidence and re-run scoring. Review keeps assessment history and identifies changes since earlier sign-off.
